用what
( ) Barbara Jones offers to her fans是主语从句,在句中作主语,从句中offer却宾语.在主语从句中that只能做连词,代词what在句中作offer的宾语,指代后面的honesty and happiness.
如果把语序调整为Honesty and happiness are what Barbara Jones offers to her fans.就更好理解了
