A visit to the Museum of the Anti-Japanese War
Last Saturday, Our classmates and I went to visit the Museum of the Anti-Japanese War.
That morning, about 8:00 am, we went to the Museum of the Anti-Japanese War by our school bus, We gathered in front of the gate of the museum and our teacher told us the rule we should focus on. Then, with a big smile on our face, we went into the museum.
The first exhibition we visited was the pictures about the war and the equipments they equiped. When we saw our soldiers protect our motherland without hesitating, we all became serious.
Subsequently, we heard the old soldier’s stories of this tough war. When we herd that he saw one of his friend was killed in front of him by the enemies for he wanted to prevent them from killing, tears rushed out of our eyes.
Finally, we finished our visiting and take a photo with the old soldier together in front of the gate. And we went back to our school at 3:00pm.
It’s a really meaningful day for we not only know how tough the war was but also realize the peace was the treasure we have, A great day, was it?
