摘要：A Media Proxy, method, and Emergency Notification Service (ENS) system for
providing emergency media content during an emergency to end-user devices currentlyengaged in active media sessions in a service provider's wireless or wireline network. TheMedia Proxy interrupts all currently active media sessions of all users located in thegeographic area of an active emergency and inserts relevant emergency data such asdetailed broadcast video or audio alerts by replacing the media in the currently activesession with the emergency data.
