Oversight of patient safety and quality assurance activity 1. 对患者安全与质量保证活动进行监督； 2. Promotes and facilitates communication between medical departments and between the medical staff and hospital administration 2. 促进并改善各医疗部门以及医务团队与医院管理层之间的交流； 3. Responsible for the smooth, and efficient delivery of health care services 3. 负责提供平稳而高效的保健服务； 4. Acts as a liaison between the hospital and outside organizations which partner or collaborate in health care delivery with Shanghai Red Leaf Women’s Hospital 4. 担任上海红枫亚泰妇产医院和与本院在健康护理方面存在合作或协作关系的外部组织之间的联 络人； 5. Coordinates hospital committee activity; oversees the preparation of the agenda and materials for the MEC (Medical Executive Committee) and other medical staff committees Page2of6

Except as stated otherwise, appoint committee chairs and all members of medical staff standing and ad-hoc committees 6. 除非另行规定，任命医务人员委员会主席以及医务人员常务委员会和临时委员会的全部成员； 7. Ensures that decisions of the Board are communicated and carried out with the medical staff; 7. 确保向全体医务人员传达并使其执行董事会的决定； 8. Attends board meetings and committee meetings as invited; reports to the board the MEC’s recommendations concerning appointment, reappointment, and delineation of clinical privileges 8. 应邀出席董事会会议和委员会会议；向董事会报告医疗执行委员会所做出的关于聘任、续聘以及临床特权描述的建议； 9. Call and preside at all general and special meetings of the medical staff 9. 召集全体医务人员开一般会议和特别会议并在会议中做主持； 10. Coordinates inpatient and outpatient services 10. 协调住院患者服务与门诊患者服务； 11. Monitors the effectiveness of management practices and productivity using indicators such as absenteeism, staff turnover rates, and patient / staff satisfaction surveys 16. 采用多种指标（如缺勤率、员工流动率、患者/员工满意度调查）对管理实践与效率的有效性进行监控； 17.
