My Best Friend Emily

Emily has been my best friend since we were in kindergarten together. We're in fifth grade now, and I don't know what I'd do without her! Emily is really fun to be around and we always have a great time playing together at recess or having sleepovers. She's kind of quiet sometimes, but once you get to know her she's really silly and makes me laugh all the time.

Emily has long brown hair that goes almost all the way down her back. She usually wears it in two braids, one on each side. Her hair is really thick and pretty. Emily has light green eyes that sparkle when she smiles big. She has a couple freckles across her nose which I think are cute. Emily isn't very tall, she's one of the shorter kids in our class. But she's skinny and can run really fast during gym class races.

My favorite thing about how Emily looks is her smile. She has dimples in both her cheeks when she grins really big. Her smile lights up her whole face and you can tell she's really happy on

the inside too. Emily is just a happy person overall. She's always positive and tries to look on the bright side of things. Like if it's raining and we can't go outside for recess, Emily will say \"At least we get extra free time to color or read books inside!\" She helps cheer me up if I'm having a bad day.

Emily loves art class and is really good at drawing and painting. She's really creative and has a huge imagination when it comes to art projects. In our classroom, we have this one wall where the teacher lets us hang up our artwork each week. Emily's pictures are always the most colorful and detailed. She likes using lots of different shades and experimenting with mixing paints. I'm not as good at art so I really admire Emily's talent. Emily is really smart too and gets good grades, especially in math. I remember one time we had a super hard subtraction worksheet with regrouping, and I was getting really frustrated because I kept making mistakes. Emily is really patient though, and showed me how to solve the problems step-by-step. After she explained it, the worksheet made way more sense to me. Emily is an awesome tutor and never makes me feel dumb if I'm struggling with something.

One thing I really appreciate about Emily is how kind she is to everyone. She's friends with all the kids in our class and

doesn't leave anyone out. Sometimes at recess, there are kids playing wall-ball who won't let certain people join their game. Emily always speaks up and tells them that's not nice, and they have to take turns letting everyone play. She stands up for other kids who are being treated unfairly. Emily doesn't like any sort of bullying and isn't afraid to tell kids to stop being mean.

Even though Emily is quiet sometimes, she's also really funny once you get to know her. She loves telling jokes and comes up with lots of goofy puns that make the whole class crack up. My favorite thing is when Emily does imitations or silly voices of our teachers or other kids we know. Her impressions are hilarious and she has me rolling on the floor laughing. Emily keeps things entertaining and is always looking for ways to cheer people up and make them smile.

Emily is also a really good friend because she's caring and thinks about other people's feelings. Like one time, we were doing a craft in class and I accidentally got glue all over my favorite shirt. I felt really sad because I didn't want the stain to ruin my shirt. Emily noticed how upset I was and gave me her extra shirt to borrow. She's really considerate like that. Emily is always looking out for her friends and trying to help people feel better if they're down.

Another thing I love about Emily is that she's really into sports and being active. She's honestly probably the most athletic kid in our whole grade. Emily is an awesome basketball player and is always the first one picked for teams in gym class. But she never brags or shows off about how good she is. Emily is really humble and never puts other kids down if they aren't as coordinated or athletic as her. She high-fives everyone on her team and cheers them on, even if we're losing. I really look up to Emily for being such a great team player and leader.

One of Emily's biggest passions is definitely animals. She has two dogs at home that she absolutely adores, as well as a cat, a hamster, and even a tank full of fish! Emily's dream is to be a veterinarian when she grows up so she can take care of animals every day. I can totally see her doing that job because she has such a gentle, nurturing way with all types of pets and wildlife we encounter.

Like this one time we were at the park and came across

My Best Friend Jessica

Jessica is my very best friend in the whole wide world. We've known each other since we were just little kids in kindergarten. I

still remember the first day I met her - it was the first day of school and I was really nervous. But then Jessica came up to me during recess and asked if I wanted to play on the swings with her. From that day on, we became best buddies!

Jessica has a really pretty face with big brown eyes and long eyelashes. Her eyes kind of remind me of a puppy dog's eyes - they're so big and expressive. She has a cute little nose that kind of turns up at the end, and full rosy cheeks. Her smile is my favorite thing about her face though. When she smiles, her whole face just lights up and you can see the dimples in her cheeks. She has such a warm, friendly smile that always makes me smile back. Jessica has gorgeous long brown hair that goes almost all the way down her back. It's really thick and shiny, and she usually wears it in two braids. Sometimes she'll put ribbons or barrettes in her hair to dress it up. Her hair reminds me of a princess's hair from the fairy tales we read in class.

Even though Jessica is only 9 years old, she's already pretty tall for her age. She's one of the tallest girls in our class! She has long legs that make her a really fast runner during gym class. Jessica is very slender and petite, but she's stronger than she looks. She can easily climb the rope all the way up to the ceiling during PE.

Jessica always dresses really cute and colorful. She loves wearing dresses or skirts with sweaters and leggings. Her favorite colors are pink and purple, so she wears a lot of clothes with those colors. She has the prettiest collection of hair bows and sparkly headbands too. Jessica looks like a little fashionista wherever she goes!

But what I love most about Jessica is her amazing personality. She is honestly the nicest, sweetest, and most caring person I know. Jessica is always looking out for other people and trying to help them however she can. If someone is having a bad day or seems upset about something, she'll go out of her way to cheer them up and make them feel better. She's constantly giving encouragement and compliments to our classmates to build up their confidence.

Jessica never gets mad or speaks badly about other people. Even if someone is mean to her, she'll kill them with kindness (that's what my mom calls it). She never holds grudges and always forgives people, even if they don't deserve it. She's just a very gentle, loving soul who can't stand to see anyone hurting. At the same time, Jessica is incredibly brave and

strong-willed. She's not afraid to stand up for what she believes in or protect her friends if needed. There was one time when a

mean boy from another class was picking on our friend Timmy and making him cry. Jessica marched right up to that bully and told him to leave Timmy alone. She wasn't scared at all, even though the bully was a lot bigger than her. Jessica's courage and loyalty to her friends is something I really admire.

Another great thing about Jessica is how smart and talented she is. She gets good grades in all her classes, especially reading and art. Jessica is an amazing artist - her drawings are so detailed and realistic. She's also a gifted singer and dancer. We're both in the school choir and drama club, and Jessica always gets the solo parts because of her beautiful singing voice. Whenever there's a play or musical, Jessica ends up being one of the lead roles. She's a total natural performer and isn't nervous at all on stage. Not only is Jessica smart, but she's also really creative and has a huge imagination. We're always coming up with fun games and adventures to go on during recess. Jessica can take

something as simple as a few twigs and rocks and turn it into an entire magical story filled with dragons, princes, and fairy folk. She's the queen of make-believe and I love how she can transport us to different fantasy worlds.

I feel so lucky to have a best friend like Jessica. She makes me want to be a better person by being such an incredible role

model. Jessica is beautiful inside and out, and so unbelievably kind, brave, smart and creative. I don't know what I would do without her. Jessica is my BFF for life!

My Best Friend Sarah

Sarah is my best friend in the whole wide world! We've been friends since kindergarten, and I know everything about her. I'm going to tell you all about what she looks like and what kind of person she is.

First, let me describe Sarah's appearance. She's quite tall for her age, probably one of the tallest girls in our class. Sarah has long, straight brown hair that goes past her shoulders. She usually wears it in a ponytail or lets it hang loose. Her eyes are a beautiful shade of green, like emeralds sparkling in the sun. Sarah has a few freckles sprinkled across her nose and cheeks, which I think is really cute.

Sarah's face is kind of round, with chubby cheeks that people always want to pinch. She has a bright, cheerful smile that shows off her slightly crooked front teeth. Sometimes, Sarah gets embarrassed about her teeth, but I tell her not to worry because it just makes her smile even cuter and more unique.

In terms of her body, Sarah is on the larger side, but she's not fat or anything like that. She's just big-boned and sturdy. Sarah is really strong and great at sports, especially soccer. She has muscular legs from all the running and kicking she does on the field.

When it comes to clothes, Sarah doesn't really care too much about fashion or looking fancy. She usually just wears jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers. Sometimes she'll wear a dress or skirt, but only if her mom makes her. Sarah likes to be comfortable and doesn't like anything too frilly or girly.

Now, let me tell you about Sarah's amazing personality! The first thing you need to know is that she is the funniest person I've ever met. Sarah can always make me laugh, even when I'm feeling really sad or upset. She's a total goofball and loves to tell jokes and be silly. Sometimes she's a little too silly and gets in trouble with the teachers, but that's just part of her charm. Another great thing about Sarah is that she's a really good friend. She's always there for me when I need her, whether it's to lend an ear and listen to my problems or to stick up for me when someone is being mean. Sarah is fiercely loyal and protective of the people she cares about. She's not afraid to stand up to bullies or anyone who tries to hurt her friends.

At the same time, Sarah is also incredibly kind and caring. She volunteers at the local animal shelter every weekend and loves playing with the dogs and cats there. Sarah is always trying to help others and make the world a better place, even in small ways like holding the door open for people or offering to carry someone's heavy books.

One of my favorite things about Sarah is her sense of adventure and curiosity. She's always up for trying new things and going on exciting adventures, whether it's exploring the woods behind our houses or trying a new food she's never had before. Sarah is never afraid to take risks or step out of her comfort zone, which I really admire.

Another thing about Sarah is that she can be a little bit stubborn and hot-headed sometimes. Once she gets an idea in her head, it's really hard to change her mind or convince her otherwise. She's also not afraid to speak her mind and can be a little too blunt or honest at times, which can hurt people's feelings without her meaning to.

But despite her flaws, Sarah is still the most amazing person I know. She's funny, loyal, kind, adventurous, and one-of-a-kind. I feel so lucky to have her as my best friend, and I know our

friendship will last forever. Sarah is truly the coolest girl in the world, and I wouldn't change a single thing about her!

My Best Friend Jessica

Jessica is my best friend in the whole wide world. We've known each other since we were just tiny little kids in preschool. I remember the first time I saw Jessica, I thought she was the prettiest girl I had ever seen!

Jessica has beautiful long blonde hair that goes almost all the way down to her waist. Her hair is so silky and shiny, kind of like a gorgeous mermaid's hair. She has the cutest little freckles sprinkled across her nose and cheeks too. Jessica's eyes are the most amazing shade of green, like sparkling emeralds. When she smiles, her whole face lights up and her eyes crinkle at the corners. She has a sweet little button nose and full rosy cheeks. Jessica is quite tall for our age and has a slim, delicate build. Even though Jessica is so pretty on the outside, that's not even the best part about her. What I love most is her incredible personality! Jessica is one of the kindest, most caring people I know. She always thinks about others before herself. Like this one time, we were at the park and I really wanted to go on the

swings but there weren't any available. Jessica noticed how disappointed I looked and she actually gave up her swing for me! She's selfless like that.

My friend is also hilarious and has the funniest sense of humor. She's a total goofball and is always cracking jokes to make people laugh. Jessica does these crazy funny

impersonations of our teachers that have me rolling on the floor in stitches. She's never afraid to be completely silly and goofy, which I admire. Jessica knows how to have fun and not take herself too seriously.

Despite her silliness, Jessica is also incredibly smart and gets excellent grades. She has a real passion for learning and is curious about absolutely everything. Jessica loves reading all kinds of books, both fiction and non-fiction. She'll read a book and then tell me all about it with so much enthusiasm, it makes me want to read it too! Jessica works very hard on all her schoolwork and activities. I'm always in awe of her discipline and drive.

Not only is she smart, but Jessica is wildly creative too. She's an amazing artist and is always drawing or painting these beautiful pictures. She has such an eye for color and detail. Jessica also writes awesome stories and has the craziest

imagination. Sometimes she'll read me pages from her latest creative writing project, and I'm blown away by how talented she is. I wish I could be as creative as Jessica!

Above all, what I admire most about Jessica is her bravery and strength. A couple years ago, Jessica was diagnosed with leukemia, which is a type of cancer. She had to go through intense chemotherapy and radiation which made her really sick. But through it all, Jessica stayed so positive and never lost her bright spirit. She handled everything with such courage and grace. After over a year of treatment, Jessica beat cancer and is now in remission! She is my hero and the toughest person I know.

I'm so lucky to have a best friend like Jessica in my life. Even though we're still just kids, she inspires me every single day to be a better person. Jessica is beautiful both inside and out. With her kindness, humor, intelligence, creativity, and inner fortitude, she is someone I will always look up to and admire. I hope we can continue to be best friends forever because the world is definitely a better place with Jessica in it!

My Best Friend Sam

Sam is my best friend in the whole wide world! We've known each other since we were just little kids in kindergarten. Sam is really fun to be around and we always have the best adventures together. Let me tell you all about him!

First off, Sam has a really cool look. He's quite tall for our age, definitely one of the tallest kids in our 5th grade class. His hair is a sandy brown color and always looks a bit messy and windswept, like he just rolled out of bed. I think it looks awesome though! Sam has bright green eyes that kind of remind me of emeralds. They sparkle when he's excited about something. His skin is lightly tanned from all the time we spend outside playing. One of the most noticeable things about Sam's appearance is that he has A LOT of freckles! They're sprinkled all across his nose and cheeks. I like to tease him sometimes that he has so many freckles, it looks like someone dropped a pepper shaker on his face. He just laughs it off though. Sam is missing his two front teeth right now too, which gives him an adorable lopsided grin. The tooth fairy better watch out when those new teeth finally grow in!

As for Sam's style, he definitely prefers function over fashion. He's usually wearing scruffy jeans, a t-shirt with some kind of sports team logo, and well-worn sneakers. His clothes always

look a little rumpled, but that's just because we're super active kids who are always on the move. Sam gravitates towards casual, comfortable styles that he can run around and play in. Getting all dressed up isn't really his thing.

While Sam may not be the most fashion-conscious guy around, he more than makes up for it with his awesome personality! The number one thing I love about my best bud is how funny he is. Sam always has some silly joke or goofy impersonation up his sleeve to make me crack up laughing. He's a total goofball but I wouldn't want him any other way. Life is just better when Sam is around to keep things light and fun. Sam is also one of the most easygoing people I know. He never seems to get riled up or stressed about things like some kids do. If something doesn't go his way, Sam just kind of rolls with the punches. His ability to stay so chill and relaxed helps keep me calm when I start to get anxious or worried about stuff too. I don't know how he does it!

Despite being such a cool cucumber, Sam has a delightfully goofy, energetic side too. He's always down for anything adventurous orexciting, whether it's exploring someplace new in the woods or trying an epic stunt on our bikes. Sam is totally fearless and up for any challenge. That constant eagerness for

fun is one of the things I admire most about him. He never wants to just sit around; Sam is always raring to go discover something awesome!

At the same time, Sam can be surprisingly shy around people he doesn't know very well. It's kind of funny because he's such a loud, outgoing goof around me and his family. But whenever we're someplace new with unfamiliar people, Sam tends to clam up and hang towards the back. I have to do a lot of the talking for both of us in those situations. Once he starts feeling comfortable though, his classic silliness inevitably comes out to play.

Another great thing about Sam is that he's a fantastic friend who always has your back. If someone is mean to me, Sam doesn't hesitate to stick up for me. He's got a super strong sense of loyalty. Sam isn't afraid to tell kids twice his size to back off if they're bullying his pal. I feel so lucky to have such a brave, protective friend in my corner.

He's also an incredibly supportive buddy who is always there to cheer me on. Whenever I'm trying something challenging like giving a big presentation or taking an important test, I know Sam will be right there rooting me on. His encouragement helps

boost my confidence to do my best. Sam believes in me 100% which inspires me to believe in myself too.

Overall, Sam is simply one-of-a-kind in the best possible way. His bright, quirky personality shines through in everything he does. Sam brings so much joy, laughter, and excitement to my life. He's the definition of a true friend - caring, loyal, hilarious, and always up for whatever adventures come our way. I'm so grateful to have such an amazingly awesome human being in my life. Sam is the best friend a kid could ever ask for!

My Best Friend Sarah

Sarah is my very best friend in the whole world. We've known each other since kindergarten and we do everything together. Sarah is really smart, funny, and kind - she's the best! I'm going to tell you all about what she looks like and what her personality is like.

First, I'll describe Sarah's appearance. She has long, curly brown hair that goes past her shoulders. Her hair is really pretty and shiny. Sarah has green eyes that sparkle when she laughs and smiles, which she does a lot because she's always so happy. Her skin is a little tan from being outside a lot. Sarah has freckles

sprinkled across her nose and cheeks which I think are super cute.

Sarah is taller than me, but not too tall. We're both about average height for our age. Sarah is pretty skinny though, because she's really active and energetic and is always running around playing sports or riding her bike. She has long arms and legs because of how tall she is.

Usually Sarah wears jeans or shorts with t-shirts and sneakers. She doesn't really dress up too much or wear fancy clothes. But she does have one favorite outfit - it's a purple dress with flowers on it that her grandma made for her. She loves wearing that dress and looks so pretty in it.

Even though how someone looks on the outside isn't the most important thing, I do think Sarah is very pretty. But what I like most about her is her amazing personality! Sarah is the nicest, sweetest, happiest, funniest person I know. First of all, Sarah is so incredibly nice to everyone. If someone is feeling sad or upset, she always tries to cheer them up and make them feel better. She goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. Like if someone drops their books, Sarah rushes over to pick them up. Or if a new kid starts at our school, Sarah is the first one to introduce herself and make them feel welcome.

Sarah never makes fun of anyone and always has a nice things to say. She really makes our classroom and the whole school feel like a warm, friendly place.

Sarah is also one of the happiest people ever! She always has a big smile on her face and a positive attitude, no matter what. Even on the rainiest, grayest days, Sarah finds reasons to laugh and be cheerful. Her happiness and excitement about life are completely contagious. Whenever I'm around her, I can't help but feel happy and energized too. Sarah clearly loves life and tries to enjoy every single minute. She reminds me not to take anything for granted and to appreciate all the fun, little things in life.

Another awesome thing about Sarah is how funny she is. She's always cracking jokes and doing silly things to make people laugh. Sarah seems to have a never-ending supply of corny jokes, puns, and funny stories to share. For example: Why did the kid throw their clock out the window? Because they wanted to see time fly!

What do you call a bear with no teeth? A gummy bear! Sarah's jokes might be a little cheesy, but they always crack me up. I have so much fun joking around and being goofy with

her. She makes everyone around her laugh with her clever, witty sense of humor.

I also really admire how smart Sarah is. She gets excellent grades and is at the top of our class. But she never brags or makes anyone feel bad. Instead, Sarah is always offering to help her classmates with homework or to study together. She's especially good at math and science and wants to be an engineer when she grows up so she can design cool inventions. I have no doubt that Sarah will become incredibly successful because of her brilliant mind and her strong worth ethic.

The thing I admire most about Sarah is her kindness and compassion for others, especially people or animals in need. Whenever we go on field trips or travel, Sarah always packs extra snacks to share with anyone who is hungry. On vacation once, Sarah used all her souvenir money to buy food for a stray dog. She felt so bad that it was homeless and hungry that she wanted to help it right away.

Sarah also volunteers a lot. She participates in park and beach clean-ups, visits nursing homes to spend time with the residents, and rings the bell for charity donations during the holidays. Sarah just has such a big, caring heart and always wants

to make the world a little bit better. She inspires me to be more generous, compassionate, and conscientious too.

I feel so incredibly lucky that Sarah is my best friend. She is one of the most loving, joyful, giving human beings I know. Sarah makes my life so much brighter and more fun. She's beautiful on the inside and out. I hope we remain closest friends forever, because Sarah is simply the best!
